- Managing payments and providing buyers with payment information.
- Ensuring the quality and legality of their products, including compliance with local laws and international regulations.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer support.
IndoMadeHub is not responsible for the actions or products of sellers, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of the products listed on the Platform.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers on IndoMadeHub are responsible for:
- Communicating directly with sellers to arrange payments and shipping details.
- Reviewing the product details, including descriptions and images, before purchasing.
- Following the payment instructions provided by the seller.
- Ensuring that they are compliant with local customs, taxes, and import regulations.
IndoMadeHub is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
5. Transactions and Payments
IndoMadeHub does not manage any transactions or handle payments. All payments are processed directly between buyers and sellers. The Platform does not charge any commission or fees for transactions, nor does it take responsibility for any issues that arise during the transaction process.
6. Intellectual Property

- Engaging in fraud, deception, or any other dishonest activity.
